MOVA Account

With a MOVA account, shopping on our official store is faster and easier. Your account, consisting of a MOVA ID and password, allows you to enjoy a seamless and streamlined checkout experience.

MOVA Member

To become a MOVA member, you can easily enjoy shopping points and accumulate points to redeem for free consumables or other exclusive products. Additionally, you can easily save your shopping cart, check order status, or change orders, as well as enjoy more exclusive member functions and offers.

Membership Tiers & Rewards

MOVA membership includes a tiered system, and your level will grow as your purchases and spending increase. With each new tier, you'll unlock more exclusive rewards.

Forgot or Reset Your Password

To protect your account security, our official MOVA store uses a one-time login passcode. Never share this passcode or your password with anyone to prevent unauthorized purchases.

Please note: If you have multiple failed login attempts using an incorrect passcode, your account will be temporarily locked. To reactivate it, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Manage Your Account

You can easily update your MOVA account, password, and default shipping and payment information. Simply go to your Account Management page to view and edit your details.

Important note: Any changes you make will only be applied to future orders. To modify an existing order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Multiple Accounts

While you are able to create multiple accounts, we do not recommend it. Having more than one account will prevent you from viewing your complete order history in a single place.

Please note that different accounts cannot be merged, and any accumulated points or rewards cannot be combined or transferred.

Cancelling Your Membership

While we do not offer a permanent account deletion function, you are free to stop using your account at any time.

To prevent any future charges, please remember to cancel any active subscriptions. For your convenience, your account will be retained with all your purchased materials, ensuring your content is available if you choose to log in again in the future.
