When you spend points on rewards, your tier level won't drop because tiers track total points earned over time, not points remaining in your account.

You can configure your program to use either "points earned" or "amount spent" as the tier milestone. Most programs with points use the points earned method.

The only time points could affect your tier is if they're cancelled due to refunds - those cancelled points won't count toward tier placement.

You cannot cancel a redeemed coupon yourself as a customer.
