Placing an Order

Please add your favorite products to the shopping cart, navigate to the checkout page, fill in complete shipping information, select a payment method, and finally complete the payment. After successfully placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Using a Promo Code

To apply your promo code, enter it into the "Discount Code" field during checkout. Click "Apply" to see your discount reflected in the order total.

Please note that some offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promo codes.

30-Day Price Protection Policy

If the price of your purchased product drops within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may contact customer service to request a refund for the price difference.
However, please note that promotional offers cannot be combined with price protection. If your order was placed during a promotional period (e.g., free gifts with purchase, Gift Card with minimum spend, or other limited-time offers), you will not be eligible to retain the promotional benefits once a price adjustment/price difference refund is processed. Different promotions and price protection cannot be applied together.

Order Cancellation

In rare cases, an order may be cancelled due to product availability or an issue with payment verification. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Order Modifications

If your order has not yet shipped, you may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click the link in the email to view the delivery status of your package.

You can also check your order history and status at any time by logging into Your Account.

Delivery Time & Scheduling

While we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, you can use your tracking number to monitor the progress of your order and view its estimated arrival.

Combining Shipments

We can try to combine multiple orders to help you save on shipping costs, but only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to combine it with another.
