Mova Viax250 is a wirefree robot lawn mower for relatively flat lawns(less than 40%, 22°) up 250㎡. Powered by UltraEyes™ 1.0 (Dual AI cameras), the Viax 250 delivers precise positioning for efficient mowing, while accurately detecting and avoiding over 300 types of obstacles.
How do I set up Viax 300/250 after receiving it?
You only need to create a map of your lawn. This can be done manually or automatically in the app. Once mapping is complete,mowing can start right away.
Will poor WIFI signal in my garden affect mapping or mowing performance?
The robot features Bluetooth connectivity（5-10m range）, allowing you to connect to the app and complete mapping without a Wi-Fi connection.Once mapping is complete, you can set a mowing schedule, and the robot will follow it automatically—even without network connectivity. You can also start mowing manually using the buttons on the control panel via Bluetooth.For remote control without Wi-Fi, you can purchase an optional 4G Link module. Depending on the model, it includes either 1 or 3 years of free Link Service, keeping the robot connected to the app wherever network coverage is available.
When should I use the Dual Map feature?
You may need Dual maps if:Your front and back lawns are not connected.There is a significant elevation difference between lawn areas.You have two separate properties but only one robot, and want to create a map for each property.Your lawn is larger than the maximum area supported by a single map. For example, if your robot supports up to 300 m² per map and your lawn is 500 m², you can create two maps to cover the entire area.
Can Viax 250 work in the rain?
The robot uses real-time weather forecasts to optimize mowing. If rain is expected, it will automatically pause mowing and return to the charging station. Once the weather improves, it will resume mowing automatically.
