what is the most suitable pool type for X10?
The MOVA X10 is our flagship pool cleaning robot, designed for pools up to 500 m² with a water depth of 0.5–3 m. It supports various pool shapes, including rectangular, kidney-shaped, round, and irregular pools, and is compatible with surfaces such as ceramic tile, PVC, marble, and stainless steel. With 360° AquaScan™ and Precision FloatDrive™ Technology, the X10 can accurately navigate and clean the pool surface, floor, walls, corners, waterline, steps, and shallow zones.
How should the swimming pool cleaning robot equipment be cleaned and maintained after daily use?
After each cleaning task, it is recommended to empty the trash bin, clean the front and side cameras, check the side rollers for debris, and inspect the brush and paddle cover for any foreign objects.
My pool area has a weak Wi-Fi signal. Will this affect the robot’s daily cleaning tasks?
You don’t need to worry about weak Wi-Fi in your pool area. The robot doesn’t require a real-time Wi-Fi connection during cleaning. Simply set the cleaning task when Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is available, and the robot can complete the task independently, even with a weak signal.
Can I use the pool cleaning robot while liquid flocculants or other water clarifiers have been added to the pool?
It is recommended to stop using the pool cleaning robot when adding coagulants or water clarifiers. The resulting flocculent deposits may be disturbed by the robot, reducing clarification effectiveness and potentially clogging the filter. Once the sediment has settled, you can resume normal use of the robot.
Can the pool cleaning robot perform cleaning tasks at night?
Yes. The pool cleaning robot can clean at night. Its intelligent navigation and sensing systems allow it to operate accurately even in low-light conditions. You can also schedule cleaning tasks at night.
