I have this vacuum and I genuinely can't fault it!! Love the ease of use and the fact that it helps with pet solution too (which I must add, is a refreshing scent!). The vacuum power was better than I expected, and the way we as a family followed it around watching how it set itself up around the house was crazy to see- I still can't comprehend how it worked everything out so quickly, to the point it knows to navigate in and around a chair (for example) effortlessly. It is legitimately "set-and-forget", which as a parent gives me that time back to spend with the family. Can't put a price on that. Thank you, Mova!

I have been using the V50 for almost a month. It hasnt missed a beat and has two different solutions one for pets and one for general cleaning.
Its also great looking havent see another white and gold robotic vacuum out there.

I bought this from Harvey Norman and I’m amazed by this robot!
The setup and Wi-Fi connection were super easy, and now I just run it every day with the voice command: “Hey Mova, start cleaning.”
The suction power is fantastic — my stick vacuum could never fully clean my bedroom carpet, but now all the crumbs are gone! My cat even likes it and plays with it while it’s working.
I have wooden floors too, and they’re now perfectly clean.
On top of that, it’s a very beautiful product. I think the price is totally worth it!

I have owned 3 different brands and this is by far the best. Between the mapping and cleaning it get into every corner. Avoids my pets and their toys. Won't bump into food or water bowls causing them to spill like others. I haven't had to mop since i owned it. Water bins are large and dust bags hold alot. Best purchase i have ever made .

This is my first experience with both a robovac and robomop, and Ive been stuck in research mode for years trying to decide which one to buy. After agonizing over the countless options out there, I finally pulled the trigger during the last Prime Day sale.
My number one priority was avoiding the annoying task of picking long hair out of the brush roll. While Id looked at the Mova P10 and P50 (both equipped with a tri-cut roller brush meant to prevent hair tangling), I was hesitant due to a lack of reviews for the V50, which had just been released. But after seeing Just a Dads glowing YouTube review about the V50, I decided to take the risk -- and Im so glad I did.
The V50s dual roller brush is a game-changer. I have long, waist-length hair, and Im shocked to say that NO hair has wrapped around the brush. Im not exaggerating -- this brush stays immaculate. Ive even checked the dustbin, and it clearly picked up a lot of hair. Seriously, Mova, please replicate this roller design for an upright or stick vacuum. Im currently in the market for one, and this feature would be my top priority. No one wants to deal with those gross clumps of hair, right?
As for the suction power, I dont have much experience with other robovacs, but the V50 does an excellent job on carpets -- leaving them looking fluffy and clean. Its a bit on the heavier side, but I think that extra weight helps it get deeper into carpet fibers.
When I first saw the V50 had a mop function, I was skeptical. Ive always been grossed out by tanks of dirty water just sitting around and the thought of washing mop pads all the time. But the V50s base station washes AND dries the mop pads, which was a total game-changer for me. I know this isnt unique to the V50, but combined with all the other features, it sold me. I just make sure to empty and clean the water containers after each use, which is a small effort for the convenience it offers.
Another cool feature: the base station can dry the dustbin and dust bag. So if the vacuum picks up anything moist or wet, it dries them to prevent mold or odors. As someone with a background in microbiology, I really appreciate this thoughtful touch.
The multi-floor mapping feature is useful, but I was hoping it would be a little more intuitive. While it's fine for basic vacuuming, the mopping process requires bringing the V50 back to the station to switch out mop pads -- which kind of defeats the purpose of having a robovac/mop do the work for you. Plus, the app can only store maps for up to 4 floors, which feels a bit limiting. Given how inexpensive memory is these days, Im not sure why theres a cap at 4.
Things that could be improved:
* App UX feels a bit clunky, but its functional so overall fine
* Battery life isnt great
* In mop-raise mode, the mop doesnt raise high enough to not drag on carpet (can use the detach function instead, but since I use multi-floor, it doesnt have the opportunity to return to base to detach mops)
